Girton

This was large scale project to completely re furbish the existing 3 bedroom property & add on a large scale extension at the rear, side & front of the property. The existing electrical & plumbing was removed & updated completely & the kitchen changed location & was refitted. An upstairs Master bedroom & en-suite shower room was added along side a new spacious family bathroom. All the carpets & soft furnishings were replaced and a wealth of recessed spot lighting was installed throughout the whole of the downstairs along with wood laminate & ceramic tiles on the floor space.

The garage was also extended forwards and a spacious utility room was built in the back with a back door leading in to the house. Velux sky light windows were also installed to ensure that a generous amount of light still shone through the whole house. Both the front & rear gardens were stripped back re fenced & re turf-ed to give a pleasing appearance and sense of well being through out the whole of this marvellous house & most pleasing project.
