Gilbert Rd - Cambridge - Single Storey Annexe

This self contained annexe attached to the existing home compromised a new double bedroom, shower room, kitchen and living room. This will make an ideal place for visiting relatives and friends to stay.

The project was competed on schedule and to budget, the drainage to the entire house was replaced due to crumbling pipe work and the courtyard and driveway were relayed with block paving to finish everything off very nicely.
